Customer service is my expertise - making sure everyone has a good time at Birmingham’s whether they are a customer or an employee. It all started for me in a place called “The Hub”; and if you know me, the rest is Regina history. I started back in 2008 as a server and continued to work my way up. I had the setup to make myself a great manager and received great leadership from some amazing human beings! At Birmingham’s, we never back down from a change or challenge and that’s what keeps my job so interesting. When I’m not at the pub, I’m at home starting another reno (my husband loves this so much), or trying to convince my family we need to rescue another pupper.
